Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have Taken a new docomo e-stic(7795105614) from one of your reatiler shooroom in Kammanhalli ,Bangalore. The Retailor informed me that the money paid for device will be deducted from monthly bills ( 1250 Rs-400 =850) and the first month usage is free of cost and the same has been confirmed by the customer care department of Tata docomo. However i was receving above 2000 Rs bill for couple of months .I have raised a complaint with customer care and executive nameed Ms.Preeti told me that she will get it resolved with in 10 days.However Billing Issue complaint no 266761009 opened on 2nd june by Ms.preethi~~M5204166 has not resolved yet.I have stopped using Tata docomo used this billing issue.I have over paid tata docomo the same need to be reiburse at the earliest. Please reolve it immedialty other wise i will apprach csutomer court to get it resolved. Thanks Hari

Hello, I am a Tata Docomo GSM prepaid 3G customer. Please find the recharge transaction done through my ICICI bank credit card. 21/03/2012 75425312082150199719446 ACCELYST SOLUTIONS-AVE 310.00 21/03/2012 75134832082230094062131 TATA DOCOMO CDMA_BD 300.00 I purcased a Nokia Lumia and got a 3GB 3G data usage valid for 90 days from Tata Docomo on 27th March 2012. From 28th March until 2nd April my account balance was being deducted and reduced to zero. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with Customer Care. Be it 0100hrs in the morning or 1100hrs or 1500hrs in the afternoon or 2100hrs in the evening am never able to get through to a representative. Only twice I got connected to a CCR and the first time after I explained my issue I was put on hold for 20 minutes and the call was then disconnected. This happened on 30th March 2012 Friday between 1600hrs - 1800hrs. You can check the records at your end (if there are any records maintained). Again on 2nd April 2012 Monday I called and was able to speak to a CCR who only kept repeating that she was not able to hear me while I had full signal and she disconnected the call. I tried many times after that but am unable to connect to a representative to convey my issue. Customer Charter on your website says "We pledge to attend to your call within 90 seconds,failing which we will call you back." Which has never happened at least in my case. I gave up trying to call customer care and walked into the Huge Tata Docomo outlet near Forum Mall. I went there first on 2nd April 2012 around 1900hrs and was carelessly told that the deduction was due to GPRS being active on my handset. I was pushed away when I was trying to put across another question. Today morning I visited the store again because I have no balance in my phone to make calls or to text. I had to wait for ONE HOUR and explain my problem to 5 different people before I lost my coll and raised my voice. A lady (supposed to be the manager) then came and spoke to me. I was told that I will be given a complaint number and that someone will callback in 48 hours.!!!! I fail to understand that when I am not able to get in touch with a customer care representative over the phone and I have to wait for an hour and keep repeating my issue again and again before I am heard HOW am I supposed to believe that someone will call me in 48 hours for such a simple issue. Pathetic customer service. Your executives DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS LEAVE ALONE RESOLVE THEIR ISSUES. They were not even able to identify the issue and I was told by the manager that the 3GB 3G data will become active as soon as possible. I tried to explain to her that my concern is the amount that has been deducted from my account balance which is not a small amount. Over 500 rupees deducted over a span of 7 days and they cannot even give me a reason for what it was deducted. REQUEST : Please refund the 552 rupees which was deducted and the 3GB 3G data (valid for 90days) which I am entitled to. THAT IS ALL I AM ASKING FOR. Starting 26th until 2nd April the amount got deducted and the current balance is ZERO. Out of the numerous times that I tried to reach customer care over phone I have been able to reach them only twice and while speaking the call got disconnected once and another time I was placed on hold for 25 mins and then call got disconnected. i had 3 rs balance in my card then i recharge of rs 23. After 1 day all 26 rs deducted from my card when i complained to custmor care about it they said no details available about it n cutted my call...i really fed up of tata docomo n want to port it...

has tata docomo ended the message pack??? people on the recharge shops they that the packs are unavailable now..

are the message packs still available???

tata docomo is being a worst networking company now a days... It was the best in initial stage but its opposite now. Without any activation they will deduct money from our number.. All my friends r ported their number to other services. I'm planning for the same.. Shame on u docomo.

i m totally unsatisfied by this docomo service. as this is the 2nd time docomo has deducted my balance without any reason.. they activate by themselves watever they want and they deduct from main balance. My mobile no. is 8981822101 so please refund my balance and deactivate the service u hav started, as soon as possible. OR SO ITS BETTER FO ME TO SHIFT MY SERVICE TO OTHER SERVICE.
