i had purchased micromax qube in february 2011. it worked fine for maybe a month or so but then it started showing minor little problems, like getting switched off by itself without any warning and minor callibration problems. when i went to the micromax service centre in my city, they told me the phone was completely ruined and provided me with a new one. this new phone that they gave me, i soon discovered, was worse off than the previous set. it too wud get switched off after fifteen minutes, its battery wouldnt last for more than an hour, the screen wud go white, it would continously keep hanging. but when i went back to the service centre, it was no longer there. they had cleared the building. after some days i got to know of a different micromax service centre. when i went there and explained my trouble, they told me that i had to give 1500 for repairs. when i asked them what was wrong with it, they told me that i ”wouldnt understand”. when i told them that the the service centre had given me a bad handset, they said they were not responsible for the other service centre, that they were the distributers and worked as a separate entity. i have no options left but to contact the cunsomer court if my handset is not either replaced, or my previous set returned, or repaired without any payments as it is still well within the guarantee period. please help.
