I booked a refill against my connecion No 995 with m/s Vinay Gas Service, Shikohabad (U.P.) on 17-3-2011 (booking No 42). I went personally to remind for delivery on 27th March and again on 7th April and they promised to send it the next day every time. I am in trouble as the refill is not delivered to me even after 26 days of booking. I doubt that they have sold it in black market and are misguidig me. We tried installing the new gas cylinder, which started leaking due to absence of washer. why dont they check before delivering it to the customer about the common problems with the cylinders? During my shifting of house, I have opted for transfer (bearing no:TTV-225253 dated 09/04/2006) of supply agency from Fancy cook to M/s. Gas and Gadgets, Behala in the year 2006. But unfortunately my company transfer me to Orissa and for this I didn't deposited the documents in Gas& Gadgets. Now a days we are facing the lot of problem of refill the LPG through the above agency. Last month I was booked the refill on 06.07.2011.cash memo generated on only 12.07.2011 but I was received the cylinder on 22.07.2011 . every time almost 15 days taken to deliver the cylinder. Whenever we are calling the agency that people was told to NO LOAD. Last month was verified with agency ,that people was told “you should book on refill after delivery of 25 days”.

This month I was booked on 16.08.2011. today 22.08. 2001 till date I was not received the cash memo number and not get the refill also. Every month we are facing the shortage of gas.

I requested you to please provide the refill at least monthly once .

I tried to contact the Agency Amar Agency (23221985 & 23227799) and there is no response and they are closed. I tried your Divisional Office Nos. 27667277 & 27667933) and there is no response. Then I tried the no. given in the receipt for emergency - 9963240044 and "Number Does not Exist" - When I tried other emergency Nos. 9963240011/22/33 they refused to entertain the complaint saying the area does not come under their jurisdiction. I have given a complaint through your toll free No. and the response No. given are same as above. Then they took a complaint vide No.173992 and told me that the leak will be rectified in 48 hours - obviously the cylinder itself will be empty by that time -

This is the response for emergency of IOC - I am at a loss to write any more - While I advice the concerned to

1. Respond to my problem
2. At least make sure this does not happen to others
3. Compensate me for the loss of gas, time and mental tension.

If I do not get the response for this within 24 hours, I propose to take up the matter with all legal forums available to me, in addition to the media.

We have booked Gas on 1.08.2011 and the delivery returned from our house on 20.08.2011 as we were outside for an emergency requirement. After that I have visited SE Distributors on 23.08.2011, 27.08.2011 and 01.09.2011 to get an update when the cylinder would get re-dispatched for my requirement.
Each time I was assured that I don't require to log a fresh request because my old request still holds good as it was returned because of Non availability of customer and that the cylinder would get dispatched in a day or two. I have been parallelly speaking to office clerks over phone also.

It was a surprising experience to observe that once cylinder is returned, the official cares a dam to re-dispatch the cylinder once again within a stipulated time frame. It's like punishing the customer to make him realize that they did a big crime by not being present during the first delivery and they next dispatch would be according to their wish and mood of doing so.
More that 10 days have passed that we have been requesting them repeatedly but in vain. Would like to request you do take necessary action to help me getting the required cylinder as per my booking. It will be great if I hear from you in this regard.

I regret that Today when I phoned to my gas agency SAHIL GAS SERVICE, Ahmedabad for booking my gas supply,the attending the call girl refuse to book my gas as per istruction of IOC with compulsory gas checking condition on charges of Rs.70 first and only after that they can book my gas. Moreover she told me that they are giving subsidy. I failed to understand how can a gas agency provide subsidy and when I request to contact the owner of the agency, she told me neither you can talk to him nor to meet him.

I am having the connection more than 30 years and first time I am facing such type DADAGIRI & GUNDAGARDI terms of a gas agency.

Now I request to the concerned official to solve my problem failing which I shall refers this matter to press and electronice media at your cost, risk and responsibility.

I had applied for DBC on 09.01.2010. My DBC booking no. 108. My Gas connection No. GA-852. My Gas Distributor is Ganga Gas, Avas Vikas Colony, Sikandra, Agra. After lapse of 2 years, I have not been issue DBC in spite of several request. I am very old customer since 1996. Now I am very urgent need of DBC as my family have grown up.
