the person from the service provider behaved rudely with me.
He even tried to create violence with me. Are we customers

Last more than 15 days I am

Last more than 15 days I am suffering below issue(Network Connectivity) see below mail. I requested a complain regarding the same many time.
But there is no response from your side. For unable to uses internet(after paying good amount of money to hathway) I am losing my clients meeting/business/money etc.
All the time your respective sales/executive are said sir I have signal issue(in K R Puram Area) we are resolving.

This is in regards to a malpractice run by HATHWAY CABLE NETWORK in Pune. The channels are moved into the paid category, without any prior intimation & we are told that STAR SPORTS NETWORK has increased the rate.

On the hind sight, STAR SPORTS NETWORK publishes an article against HATHWAY in Times of India newspaper dated 6th April 2014 on page number 19 exposing the HATHWAY CABLE NETWORK of wrong doing.

Please don't take us for granted & don't think we can't call your bluff. If need be ask for donation from your customers, but don't cheat them.

I would like to complain about the new planDS50MBPS US 5MBPS NOPT which was installed by your representative by exchanging with new modem.Despite the price difference with the old plan we had been promised with high speed we were totally kept in dark about the limited plan. As we feel cheated with this motive we are facing much trouble with my childrens who use the netin large amount. With the limited plan I cannot bear the daily complaints of my childrens exhausting the monthly 15gb plan within few days of the current month and as we have paid 3 months money in advance i will get depressed with their daily complaints about the net gb exhaustion.
I request you to please give me a option to change this plan to unlimited pack as soon as possible. I agree to pay the difference of amount (IF ANY)to switchover to unlimited pack.Henceforth also instruct your people to clarify the scheme to customers in full and clear details.people like me should not be duped by giving wrong net pack and leave them suffering even after paying enhanced price for the services and not fulfilling the requirements. We pay for the services without considering the price tag resulting in such cheating and after complaining they disclose the hidden facts about the scheme. HOPE you will look into the matter as my childrens have a very limited vacations to enjoy netsurfing.

The person (sales executive is Gupta(9582264615) ) from your company who came to me for the connection, ensured me for the connection establishment on Saturday (31-may-2014) so I paid him all the charges related to connection i.e (Rs.4158 including 3 months subscription + modem charges). After 5 -6 calls on Saturday, he picked up my call and ensured for connection on Sunday by 11:00 am. But he didn't give me any response on Sunday and didn't pick the phone call for whole day. Same he followed on Monday, he didn't give me any feedback or any response. Please do the need full. I want all my money and id proof back. I am a software developer and I have a great need of Internet on Sunday. Now I don't want to purchase broadband services from this company.

i got hathway net connection last month i continuously calling to customer care and mailing hyd help desk not less than 200 mails but this mother fuckers not responding and after repeated calling one fine morning one lady called from help desk and asked why sir you asked for cancellation pl tell us the reason asked you with very innocent and sweet voice,as she don't now about my 200 mails. i subscribe for 6 months of 50mpbs speed hathway net and not even one hour they provide me one mpbs speed. if you u people suffering with BP or Sugar you will defiantly died with high blood pressure if you take the Hathway net connection if you don't have BP want it just get one hathway net connection the customer care and help desk people know how to raise your BP levels till your death finally don't ever try this filth bastards and sleep soundly/
