All the above mentioned ways of approaching BSNL are not working. Via online .. all pages lead to error at the end. Most of the listed phone numbers do not connect ...ar reach the operator. I have recently being trying to raise a compaint for my dead phone connection in Noida .. and there is no way you can raise/escalate a compaliaint. no wonder BSNL is in losses If any one knows how to raise comapint for BSNL broadband ..plz do let me know ..

My telephone 080 25233550 is dead since last one week. And Tejaswita Pandey,s telephone 08025237862 is dead since last one month. We have registered the complaints but no action has been taken. This issue has been reffered to DE Indranagar in writing . An email has been sent to Mr. Upadhaya the MD of Bsnl.The local incharge M/s Nalini and lineman Ramlingam are awAre of this issue. After three weeks Mr. Ramlingam came and informed that there was problem in concealed wiring after checking it was found that there was no problem with concealed wiring. He came second time and informed our electrician that his instrument was not working properly. Today morning he had come but did not do any work to repair my phones.

Issue reported in SR# 16830680551 is NOT yet resolved and i had called your Customer Care center 4 time to know the status. Everytime i got a reply saying it will be resolved and someone will call me back. No one has called me back till now. I want the issue to be solved before 3pm on 14th August 2012. Otherwise am going to consumer forum. After 5 days of logging a complaint they are now only started to analyze what is the problem and they can't comment when the issue will be resolved. They will come to know only after diagnosing the issue. My question is will it take 5 days to start diagnosing what is the issue after the complaint is logged and that to after following it up with you guys everyday. Pathetic service from BSNL and they are thinking that they are doing a BIG FAVOUR on us. They should know that they are surviving because of customers.

I am having broadband connection with Rs. 299 plan to my land line 08153 262969. The plan indicates broad band speed is up to 2mbps. It does not indicate what is the minimum assured speed. I am able to get max 0.16 mbps ~ 0.65 mbps at any point of time. Hence many times the net connection gets dis-connected. I have been complaining about the slow speed on my datacard. Datacard Mobile# 9482590391. Last docket# A08KT301224. Every time, the complaint gets closed with the comment "Tried calling, didn't pickup..".
